Tarion Warranty Policy

One-Year Warranty

Kleros Homes ensures that your new home is constructed with the care and craftsmanship required to meet the Ontario Building Code. All materials and workmanship are warranted for one year, ensuring your home is free from defects and is fully habitable from the day you move in.

Two-Year Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty covering water penetration through the basement or foundation, defects in materials that affect windows, doors, and caulking, and defects in work that result in water penetration into the building envelope. This warranty also includes coverage for the electrical, plumbing, and heating delivery and distribution systems.

Seven-Year Major Structural Defect Warranty

Our homes come with a seven-year warranty against major structural defects, assuring you that the home you buy today will stand strong for years to come.

Registered Tarion Builder

Kleros Homes follows and supports the guidelines of the Tarion Warranty Corporation, a legally, supported body that administers or represents the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act, in accordance with provincial law. By law, every builder in Ontario must be registered with Tarion. Every new home must be enrolled before construction begins.

Kleros Homes is a registered and authorized builder under this program.
