Kleros Homes Ltd. is committed to providing an accessible experience for everyone who visits our website, contacts our office, or works with us on a project. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA for our digital presence and follow AODA's Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation in our customer service.

We design with sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable interfaces, descriptive alt text on imagery, and semantic markup. Forms include clear labels and validation messaging. We test on screen readers as part of release reviews.

During consultations and site visits, we are happy to accommodate alternate communication formats, support persons, and assistive devices. Tell us in advance and we will make the adjustment.

If you encounter a barrier on our website or in any of our communications, please tell us. Email admin@khomes.ca or call (613) 262-6545. Describe the page or interaction, the device or assistive technology you were using, and what didn't work. We will respond within 10 business days and prioritize a fix.

Our multi-year accessibility plan is reviewed annually. A copy is available on request.
