We build a small number of custom homes each year — typically infill, teardown, or country-lot projects across the NCR. Every build is Tarion-enrolled, architect-coordinated, and managed by a Kleros principal from foundation to landscape.

We walk lots with you, evaluate severance, zoning, grading, and soils before you sign.
Architect coordination
We work with your architect — or introduce you to ours — and produce the construction set.
Tarion enrolment & warranty
Full pre-construction enrolment with the Ontario new-home warranty programme.
Construction management
Fixed-fee or cost-plus structures with open-book draws and full mechanical commissioning.
Landscape & handover
Driveways, terraces, planting, and a thorough one-year systems walkthrough.

Typical custom build.
$1.2M – $3.5M
Pricing varies with lot conditions, structural complexity, and finish program. We give a defensible budget range after a single site walk, and a fixed construction estimate once drawings are at 60% DD.
