When you contact Kleros Homes Ltd. through our website, by email, or by phone, we collect personal information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the project details you provide.

We use that information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, manage the scope of your project, and — if you have given CASL consent — to send occasional Kleros project updates and renovation tips.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with anyone except trades and suppliers who need it to perform work on your project.

Personal information is stored in access-controlled systems (email, project management, and accounting software). Only Kleros Homes principals and staff working on your project have access.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it (subject to legal and tax retention requirements). Send your request to admin@khomes.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

We send commercial electronic messages (renovation tips, project updates) only with express consent collected through our website forms. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or emailing admin@khomes.ca.
