The work, warrantied properly.
Our warranty structure mirrors the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act framework — the same framework Tarion uses on new-home construction. Plain English, written into every contract.

1-Year Workmanship
We cover defects in materials and workmanship for one year from substantial completion. That means anything that doesn't perform the way we promised it would — finishes that fail, hardware that doesn't operate, paintwork that doesn't hold — we come back and fix.

2-Year Major Systems & Water Penetration
Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC delivery systems we install are covered for two years. Water penetration through the building envelope on additions and new construction is also covered for two years — flashings, membranes, and weather barriers we install.

7-Year Major Structural
Structural defects in load-bearing assemblies we build — foundation, framing, structural roof — are covered for seven years from substantial completion, in line with the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act framework for Tarion-enrolled new construction and qualifying additions.
Regulatory framework
Tarion-enrolled new construction and qualifying additions are covered under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act and administered by Tarion. Kleros Homes Ltd. is HCRA-licensed (#62755) and Tarion-enrolled.
On renovation projects that fall outside Tarion's scope, the warranty terms above apply as a contractual commitment from Kleros Homes Ltd. — spelled out in every contract before any deposit is taken.
